Reps Reps are best described as the number of times you perform a single exercise. Let's give an example: 1 glute bridge rep would be described as when you drive your hips up to the ceiling, squeeze and control back down - this would be 1 singular repetition. The Deadlift: Simple, Honest, Powerful.
