You have a busy life?
No problem. With a flexible booking system and sessions running from 6:00 am until 10.30am and 4:00pm until 8.00pm Monday-Friday as well as Saturday mornings from 8:00am until 11:00am there is no need to miss a session.

What is included?
An initial 1-2-1 consultation during which we will get to know you, assess your start point and listen to your goals
8 Small Group Training Sessions with two FREE Team Training classes per week, all provided by our expert coaches
A body composition reading using our state of the art InBody machine which is medical grade and up to 98% accurate
