1-2-1 Personal Training

Personal training is a fully bespoke service where we tailor your program to you and your goals.

We set our programs up so that they meet you where you are currently.

​​

There is more hands-on time with your coach which can be very beneficial to those who are rehabilitating from specific injuries, for those who need extra assistance or attention during sessions or for those looking to fully immerse themselves in new skills etc.

When we set up your program we take into account your specific:

• Exercise history

• Injury history

• Your schedule

Alongside the sessions with your personal trainer, we set up your training program for outside of these sessions and/or discuss with you targets and goals for these days. These are delivered to you daily through our app and via email. You are able to log and track all your workouts allowing you to assess your progress over time.

Training at JW Fitness makes you a part of a gym that is customer centric at heart. You also join a community of like-minded, fitness seeking individuals who are on a journey to a fitter and stronger self. Some started where you are right now, some have surpassed their goals and some are still on the journey.

No matter where you are there is one thing that I can guarantee, if you are an active individual in this community by hitting your sessions, encouraging others and actively trying to improve by just 1% each day you will end up doing things that right now may feel impossible to you.
